THEN STAY FOR THE ECOTOURRE.COM PANEL DISCUSSION ON SLOW FASHION FOR 7-8:30PM.

NEXT, RUN OVER TO...
THE ROGAN STORE ON BOWERY AND BOND IS HOLDING A "BLACK CARNIVAL" ( nothing to do with race more so the absence of color)/BLOCK PARTY WITH THE REST OF ITS FASHION NEIGHBORS from 7-10PM.
